 I have recently found such an amazing connection to this new way of living. I have always been a pretty optimistic gal, but lately, I have taken a liking to stepping outside of my comfort zone, and trying new things.
This “new” thing I am referring to, is snowboarding. I haven’t felt such a connection with something active in awhile, I used to be a figure skater but those years are far behind me. Snowboarding just eludes the sense of freedom and the passion of trying new things that you aren’t sure what the outcome is going to be. I had a friend say to me, it is about creating as you ride, and I think that sums it up so well, but as said in my previous post, so is life. We are all trying our best to become what we want, and we all make mistakes. I have recently realized that everything I fought so hard for and thought I wanted, was not as big of a deal as I made it out to be. Its crazy to think, that in such a short amount of time, you can change. Change is apart of life, and so is moving on.

I think that to have an open mind is the greatest gift you can give yourself, it opens you up to new realms and things you never thought you would take a liking to. So I challenge you to, open yourself up, take risks and love the life you are living. “If you find yourself not liking where you are, change it, you are not a tree.”

I have lately become interested in a new style as well, but I know that as my years go by, and my interests evolve, so does my style. If someone were to ask me what my style is, I would say it is an accumulation of all my interests throughout the years. I believe that as people grow, their style evolves, and so do they. Style is an outer expression and a language anyone can speak.
