I went Stand up paddle boarding for my first time and it was amazing. Such a great experience, and a great work out! The sport itself is super relaxing and it makes for the perfect way to ‘escape’. I love having these experiences because you become aware of new interests you have.
Stand up paddle boarding (SUP), is a technique used for training that professional surfers use. It has recently become a very popular pastime. I highly recommend you all to give it a go at least once, it is fun, exhilarating (especially when you think you are going to fall,) and it tests your balance. A stellar workout for your core, legs and arms too!
