I was awarded a gift card courtesy of RTown Communications Whistler last spring from the Whistler Ski and Snowboard Festival. I was given a shopping spree to Helly Hansen, a Norwegian born ski/snow outdoor sports gear company. This was such an amazing prize and I am so grateful for them choosing me to shop. I was at the store in Vancouver yesterday and there was so much to choose from. I didn’t know where to start, so I chose a few things that I know will last me all season and longer.
My day at Helly Hansen:
This similar baselayer that I got is perfect for the snow or any outdoor adventure you plan on embarking upon. This long sleeve technical top with seamless construction is built for ultimate comfort and function. The colors are gorgeous, especially because brights are a great way to stand out on the mountain.
These gloves are waterproof, and are insulated.
I cant wait to wear them when there’s snow.
These boots are going to make my experience in the cold so much warmer, with premium quality full-grain waterproof leather, felt lining, and protective rubber these are set to last me a very long time. And not to mention they’re stylish to boot, (pun intended.)
The contrast between the sky blue and the bright lavender purple is stunning, and I know this trend will take on because this color story is popular on the mountains.
