These shorts were a major score down in Vancouver at Aritzia’s annual warehouse sale – such great pieces for awesome prices. I loved that they had a multitude of fall/winter and spring/summer deliveries to choose from. These shorts I picked up instantly stood out to me, the bright fuchsia flowers and the subtle greys, greens, blacks for the surrounding colours just made me want them so badly. I don’t normally gravitate towards brighter colours lately but these shorts were the perfect amount of brights for me. They will hopefully take me to next season (if I don’t grow out of them,) so that I can get more than a few wears in, but either way I love them.
For what to pair them with, I went with a solid grey tee (my classic go-to) for a more professional, yet still fun look. The shorts have a minimal amount of grey in them so I thought that worked out perfect. I think one could wear these shorts to the office when paired with a blazer, heels and dainty jewellery.
