Finding a great book is so hard when all you have been reading is textbooks, so I am thrilled to find a good read this month. This one is called Behind the Scenes by Sophie Childs and is about a character who is engulfed in a world of monotonous filing and a stagnant work life – when one day she is surprised to meet an actor that she admires on the London Tube. Suddenly she is immersed by a glamorous lifestyle, taking her behind the scenes of a world she only knew in her dreams.
This book is full of intrigue, suspense (the chicklit kind) and humorous musings. I would definitely recommend giving it a read, it’s so refreshing to take a break from reading dry textbooks and let yourself escape with the world of fiction…Check out the book here. (It retails for just £6.99!!)

This month I was given the opportunity to review some energy supplements called Happy Calm Focused (and that is precisely what they make you.) I was ecstatic that there became a solution for getting everything done while feeling calm about it…I’m sure as many of you know I am a University student and from being in school one feels so much pressure from exams, papers and even just being able to balance everything is quite a challenge at times. This supplement is hypoallergenic, and contains only pure neuro-nutrients and offers no preservatives, no chemicals, no coatings, and no calories along with many other benefits.
This supplement helped enhance my focus and concentration while studying for my midterms this month, and writing papers for journalism. This didn’t cause any weird side effects and didn’t mess with my usual daily routine. I felt that I was much more calm this month and didn’t feel overly stressed out during March midterm madness as I like to call it.
