There are few ways to stay cool during the summer heat..and dressing with light layers is one of them. I paired this too short for a dress but long enough for a top with my black high-waisted skirt (in my opinion, an everyday staple that a woman needs) with a pair of caramel and black wedges (wedges are the real deal in the summer because they are comfortable and chic.)
