So I recently was given the opportunity to test out a pair of pants that are actually named ‘The Athletic Pant’, these jeans (well they’re more than just jeans because they’re super comfortable..) are made by the local Vancouver brand Dish & Duer. These are called the Nature2X and are made to withstand poor weather conditions (perfect for Rainvancouver) as they have a quick dry material, and retain their shape. The other crazy great thing about these pants are they are moisture absorbing so they keep you comfortable in various climates and they’re a stretch material so they’re extremely comfortable. I tested them out this week at the office and let me tell you, it did not feel like I was wearing jeans at all.
The colour of the jeans were a bit risky for me as I don’t typically opt for a ‘pink’ hue but I absolutely love them, the shade isn’t too bright at all and looks adorable with a cozy knit or the way I styled them with a blouse for a more streamlined look. I think less is more so I would stick to neutrals with these pants.
Dish & Duer have a kickstarter campaign and I think you should check it out. I was so happy to be apart of this campaign as I just love supporting local. Check them out here. Top: Garage | Pants: c/o Dish & Duer | Boots: Aldo | Watch: c/o Daniel Wellington |
