A little early, but I’m already talking spring transition. These amazing lace up flats (only $89!!) that I have been coveting for over a year now (no joke) finally came into my life. I’m soo excited to have these adorably cute, ever versatile beauties in my closet because I can still wear them right now in the winter (on the less rainier days of course!) They will also become an essential piece to my wardrobe come spring/summer too. I also love my denim jacket from Loft which is a recent purchase, the style and wash is exactly what I have been looking for! I have been wearing my denim jacket with my blanket scarf from Aritzia while it’s been a bit chillier but come spring time I’m rocking my denim sans scarf. I love wearing a denim jacket because it can take place of a blazer in the office when worn with neutrals such as white, black tees or even a blouse for a dressier look. Another transitional piece is white jeans (even though its not spring you can still bring them out in the winter) because they make your outfit a bit brighter, they can be paired with cute booties, scarves and look impossibly chic. It’s getting warmer slowly, and sunnier everyday here in Vancouver and it makes me so excited to be able to mix it up clothing wise. These are a few of my tips for spring transitional pieces but I’m interested in knowing what yours are!
What pieces are you wanting to transition over from winter to spring? When do you start?
Tee: Loft | Denim Jacket: Loft | Jeans: Dynamite | Shoes: Lord & Taylor |
