I’m so happy suede is here in a big way this year, it’s so much fun to try out different pieces such as this gorgeous pink suede dress from Shein. I love the fit, the scalloped detail, and of course, the feel of it, it’s so soft and very comfortable. Suede on the skin is such a nice feeling, I wore my favourite suede skirt in this post last week and now I’m onto this dress.
We shot this look in Miami when we were here for our trip to Cuba and the Dominican Republic with Fathom, it was our first time in Miami and I can’t wait to return, it was so warm and I loved the palm trees all around.
If you’re going to wear suede, I would suggest wearing neutrals with it, you really want the focus of your look to be your suede piece because it’s such a statement material in itself. I paired this dress with my favourite neutral heels, because of the chunkier heel, they’re very comfortable, and the lace-up details are very much on-trend ATM too.
