As someone who suffers from naturally oily skin, I’m always on the lookout for a product to mattify my skin. Thankfully, La Roche-Posay just launched their new Serozinc product.
So, what is Serozinc? Serozinc is basically oil blotting paper in a can, seriously. Serozinc is a unique purifying mist (I live for a good face mist) and it’s enriched with zinc which helps to regulate sebum and mattify skin. Zinc is the key ingredient and not only reduces the secretion of sebum but also limits inflammation and helps to heal the skin. While doing this, it’s also a true anti-oxidant, as it participates in the destruction of free radicals to protect and purify skin.
What I really love about this product is how you can use it while you’re on-the-go. As someone who’s as busy as me, I highly recommend using this. It made my skin feel refreshed and the best part? It’s amazing for applying over makeup to set up and mattify your look. And as it’s a very lightweight mist, you can use it throughout the day for quick touch-ups. This product is going to make it in my travel bag next week while I’m away for work.

I love La Roche Posay products! I have mixed skin type – my T zone gets quite oily while my cheeks are dry. I remember when I was a teenager I used to hate my oily skin, until out biology teacher told us that’s good for skin’s elasticity.
