I’ve always had an issue with my short eyelashes and small eyebrows and kind of had just given up on them. That is until I tried eyelash and eyebrow serum for the first time. Continue reading for my thoughts on this new beauty trend.
Over the last month and a half, I’ve been trying the buzzed-about serum brand called RapidLash/RapidBrow. They’ve developed these two serums which actually work. The serums are award-winning and the company Rocasuba was the first to bring an eyelash serum to the mass market in 2008 and has remained a leader in the category. (The product is safe and trusted by millions of women – the product has been a go-to lash serum in Canada since 2009).
These serums are clinically-proven, paraben-free and full of highly effective ingredients. The best part about them? They’re affordable and available at local drugstores such as Shoppers Drug Mart. (Actually, if you purchase either of these products between May 20 – 26, then you will receive 5x the loyalty points!) You can also find these serums at beautyboutique.ca, London Drugs, Pharma Prix, Rexall, Lawton’s, Jean Coutu and Well.ca
So, you’re probably wondering, do these serums actually work? And, if they do, how do they work?
Yes, in my opinion, they work. Like I said above: my eyelashes have always been super short (sometimes you can’t even tell I’m wearing mascara), and my eyebrows also need some help. After using these serums for 4-6 weeks, I’ve noticed a difference in how my lashes look fuller and I swear, even curlier. My eyebrows also seem full and defined too.
These serums are super easy to use and weave into your beauty routine. For RapidLash, apply once in a 24 hour period to clean, dry skin. Apply to the base of the upper eyelashes using the applicator brush. I use this once daily in the evening before bedtime. For RapidBrow, apply with a few quick strokes onto clean brow hair. You can apply this twice a day.
So, I would definitely recommend RapidLash and RapidBrow. I love that these products are both non-invasive, easy to use and quick to apply. I’m all about efficiency and think this is a great little beauty secret to amp up your already beautiful features.
Benefits of using RapidLash:
- powerful Polypeptides provide effective protection against breakage and naturally support more voluminous-looking lashes.
- Panthenol combined with rich minerals help replenish and rejuvenate lashes with essential proteins and vitamins that provide luster and shine.
- Unique moisturizing agents provide superior hydration to lashes by locking in moisture while improving flexibility and elasticity.
Benefits of using RapidBrow:
- Polypeptides comprised of beneficial amino acids, help support the more voluminous-looking appearance of brows
- Biotin, an essential factor in maintaining healthier-looking, more youthful brows
- Panthenol (Vitamin B5) helps condition the brow hair, improving the overall appearance of brows
- Keratin, a building block of hair, helps boost the protein structure and enhance the healthier-looking appearance of brows
- Sweet Almond Extract, a rich emollient, helps add shine, sheen and softness to brow hair.
- Apple Fruit Cell Extract, a revolutionary anti-aging ingredient from stem cells of a rare Swiss apple, helps enhance the youthful appearance of brows.
Both RapidLash and RapidBrow are now available in the professional market. RapidLash is available in XL, which is 1 ml larger than what is available at mass. RapidBrow XL is not available yet.
