As you all might know by now, I’m always on the go. I always carry a handbag and a tote with me because when I transit, I need my book and snacks. That’s what brings me to the topic of today’s post; all about healthy snacking.
I hate going without food during the day, especially if I have multiple appointments, but snacking isn’t always good for you. It’s so easy to grab a bag of chips or cookies instead of something good for you. I like to bring fruit but it doesn’t always keep great throughout the day. That’s why I was ecstatic to discover this healthy snack brand called Biena Snacks.
What I love most about Biena Snacks is the fact that they’re vegan and gluten-free (minus the exception of the Milk Chocolate flavour). These snacks are made with roasted chickpeas. And did you know roasted chickpeas are loaded with protein and packed with fiber? I didn’t but so glad they are, because that’s exactly what I’m looking for when I need a quick fix while out and about.
I’ve actually made these at home before and they were delicious. So glad I found an easy snacking option made with them!
They’ve got flavours such as Rockin’ Ranch, Sour Cream & Onion, Dark Chocolate, and Habanero. So yummy!

I’m always looking for healthy snack options, so I’m curious about these. I’m always snacking – so yeah, I need options. LOL Fruit is good, but like you said, it doesn’t always keep. I like triscuits and string cheese too.
