I’m a huge fan of both of these products, and of course, as an ambassador, I love Neutrogena too.
Not familiar with how light therapy works? The blue light targets acne-causing bacteria and the red light reduces inflammation. Essentially, these products harness the same clinically proven technology dermatologists use in-office to clear acne and allow the skin to heal itself, but you can use them from home or on-the-go!
To be honest, I don’t know if it’s the weather change or what, but I’ve been experiencing more breakouts than usual. Thankfully, I’ve got a simple system in place.
The mask is super easy to use. Additionally, it can be used on all skin types. It fits easily into your skincare routine. After you wash your face just put it on, push the button and relax for ten minutes until it turns itself off. The spot treatment is great for pop-ups and on-the-go use as well.
