Raid a Friend’s Closet

I cannot tell you what I am wearing today for this outfit post as I tried something a little bit different. I decided to change things up and ‘raid’ my friend’s closet. I found it quite fun and interesting to see what goodies I could acquire; it was almost like I was at a shoot with unknown pieces in which I had to conjure up an ensemble made entirely from what I had right in front of me. There was no foreseeing in my mind of what I already own in my wardrobe and there were no accessories of mine at my disposal that I could complete the outfit with. I suggest you all to try this as it can be a challenge but quite fun and rewarding at the same time. I have recently found that almost anywhere in your daily life can inspiration be around you. I was at Home Depot and my eyes were drooping down due to the fact of being over-tired bored until I came across the paint section of the department store. I found so many neat displays of colour combinations and booklets full of cute interior/exterior ideas. I brought a few home with me and I feel instantly rejuvenated. I encourage you all to open your eyes and believe that every day is a possibility for beauty and inspiration.
