White is Right | Home Decor

White is right this season. Incorporating white into your home immediately establishes a clean and sleek look. With the use of white, one can choose any colour of accent which gives you complete freedom and is also a good thing if you are sharing your place with individuals who have completely different colour wheels of choice in mind. For my own home (when I’m out of my parents,) I want a an all white decorated abode with many accents of purple (as it is my all time favourite colour, hence why Girl in Betsey has a purple theme!)

I think white is really coming into effect these days with the cites celebrated interior designers and bloggers opting for a classic look.

If you want your home to resemble a particular origin of style with various Country’s as your inspiration than white is the main colour you should choose. For instance, a French inspired home, choose country blues and golden yellows. For Italian, opt for blaring reds and crimsons. For Indian, work with spicy oranges. There are really so many options and so many reasons why someone should decorate with white, I know I am on board for my next home, are you?
