With the newly established Lucky’s Doughnuts within 49th Parallel, this has drawn in quite the crowd. I can completely understand why, with the Parisian influence within this bustling cafe, people have fallen in love. The teal blue walls, teal coffee cups, marble countertops and reclaimed wood detailing, the cafe looks like it belongs in a historically influenced area, and to bring it to Vancouver where there is so much action, adventure around the corner and passion is a great idea.
49th Parallel’s counterpart Lucky’s Doughnuts offers a variety of delicious treats, all naturally made in house and sourced from local ingredients, the pink doughnut was simply amazing. 49th Parallel creates beautiful coffees with Instagram-worthy late art, a true must see if you are ever in the Vancouver area, and a frequent destination if you already live in the city.
