Velvet pants, what a cool trend and quite interesting to style with. These particular pants are from American Eagle and they are so comfy, I already have shown my love (a bit too much!) for my suede skirt so these velvet pants were definitely a welcome addition to my wardrobe. I wanted to style these pants with a neutral top but with a cosy sweater because the weather was quite cold. I think you have to be careful when styling velvet, you can’t overwhelm it with too much because it’s already a stand-out piece in your closet. These pants were not only comfy, but warm too, easy to throw on with a cute sweater and booties and the quality is long-lasting.
