With Spring here now is the time to start investing in stylish shorts. It can be quite difficult to find the right pair which is why I’m giving you some tips on how to look for the most flattering pair for you.
First off, I always like to keep in mind the prices, I don’t like to cheap out on my shorts because they are an essential for the warmer season, with this in mind, I like to buy quality. The best kinds of shorts have stretch and style to them. One of the best brands to get said shorts from are Gap Factory. Gap is known for their high quality style and premium material which is why I love picking up a go-to pair that I can style in multiple ways.
A good pair of shorts hugs your legs/thighs the right way, aren’t too tight and make you look like you have longer legs and a smaller waist. I love to accentuate my favourite features with a pair that are not too short and have cute details to them such as this pair I am wearing in this post. With denim, I like to incorporate pops of colour into my look and I did this with my rope belt from Gap Factory and my striped shirt paired with some fresh blooms.
I’m so thrilled that Spring is here because it means going to the farmers market on the weekends (which is where I bought my beautiful tulips!) and adventuring to lakes and going for picnics. I’m all about taking off on the weekends and exploring because its nice to get away from the busy hustle and bustle during the work week, a few of my ideal go-to activities are: lakes, hiking, farmers markets, flower gardens and of course going for road trips too.
