A Busy Girl’s Guide to the Best Time-Saving Beauty Products

I’m all about efficiency and products that act as double (or even triple!) threats. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, working full time is busy business and sometimes I just don’t have the time to use tons of different products everyday, I need things that I can quickly grab and use before I head off to work. That’s why I have compiled the best products for the ultimate busy girl. Read on for my 11 favourites.

First up, I love Exuviance, they make such great products and their latest is awesome, it’s the Purifying Cleansing Gel, what I love about this product is it not only deep cleans your face but it also removes makeup too! It’s soap-free and non-drying, and all you have to do is apply it to wet skin and massage gently to cover the entire face. #gotitfree

Next, I love the MyChelle products, they are all natural and are all about using clinically proven dermatological ingredients. I’m super excited about their 3 new products from their Fall collection, they have the Perfect C PRO Speed Peel and what I love about this is it’s a one-step one-minute fast-acting peel! I mean, this is perfect for the busy bodies who don’t have time to book a spa appointment am I right? It also smells delicious because it’s 25% Citrus Fruit puree peel! Next, I love using serums because they make my face feel so great, and what I love about this Bio-Firm Hydrogel Concentrate is how it does double duty by firming up your skin and provides deep nourishment and hydration. My face really did feel a lot smoother and firmer. Next, moisturizer is a key step in my skincare routine and I love the Perfect C Radiance Lotion, the ingredients (12% dose of L-Ascorbic Acid combined with Plant C-Stem and Licorice Extract) brighten and protect skin from the effects of environmental pollution for a smoother and more luminous complexion.

You didn’t think I would forget about hair, did you? I’d like to introduce you to Kenra Professional Platinum Snail CC Creme. Yes, you read that right, snails. This creme is enriched with snail essence, a highly concentrated blend of proteins proven to awaken the youth in hair. I really love Smashbox all around but I’m especially coveting their Photo Finish Primer Oil. It’s actually the perfect product for a blogger because it’s made to look good on camera and off. This primer oil reduces the appearance of dry fine lines and creates the perfect canvas for makeup. You just simply massage two drops onto clean skin and let the primer absorb before applying makeup. I have noticed a real difference with this stuff, it’s like my face is glowing and a lot more luminescent.

I love my Evian Facial Spray, honestly, if you don’t have it, you need it in your life. As someone who doesn’t drink enough water (I know, so bad!) I must say I love Evian water. I love the fresh taste of it and how it’s made in France. I believe putting Evian in my body and on my body is a great way to have a little at home spa. This facial spray is super refreshing and really helps make my makeup last all day at work, it’s the perfect product to use during the week when you’re feeling a bit stressed and need a calm moment to relax.

Dry Shampoo is a blessing, honestly. Sometimes I don’t wash my hair that much because let’s be honest, it’s quite a job, and this dry shampoo from AG Hair is magic. It works on every hair type and colour and is made from natural rice and tapioca starch which soaks up excess oil, who knew?

I always talk about Hask but I love it so much, and the deep conditioner from their Superfruit line is amazing. It smells so good and it works for all hair types! I believe you should deep conditioner at least once a week to give your hair the attention it deserves. What I love about Hask is how shiny it makes your hair look and feel! It’s definitely one of my go-to’s for hair care.

Last but definitely not least, I just discovered the answer to straightening and brushing my hair. Enter the Jade straightening brush. Not only is it a beautiful jade colour (love it!) but it’s such a pretty design. I love how quick I can do my hair now with this awesome hair tool, it’s the perfect product for a busy day ahead. All you do is brush your hair like you would normally and it straightens it at the same time too. I’m so excited about this because now I can cut my beauty routine in half.
