I’m all about dresses that are fitted lately, something that sits nice, isn’t too tight and of course, appropriate for the office. I love this dress that I’m wearing because it’s got a classic silhouette but is modern because of the cool choker detail. 
You can wear this dress in the spring and summer with some cute pumps, maybe a denim jacket thrown over top and sans tights. However, in the winter it’s too darn cold out to don this number without them. I think pairing this dress with my velvet pink pumps (I wrote a post on how to style them in the winter here) helps give it a bit more
