How to Layer an Off the Shoulder Blouse

This is how I’ve been wearing my off the shoulder blouses in the Winter because apparently, we’re not getting Spring here in Vancouver. I do love the striped blouse underneath and because they’re quite on trend ATM, I have a variety of ways I can’t wait to style it. To get away with this style, I would suggest pairing tighter pieces on the bottom to balance out the two tops because you don’t want to end up looking frumpy.
