What to Buy for Easter

I can’t believe Easter is (almost) here this weekend, time sure does fly. With Easter on its way comes a new collection from one of my all-time favourite brands, LUSH. Their new limited-edition Easter line is way too cute! And I can’t wait to share with you why you need these products, stat. Not only for yourself, but they make for great hostess gifts.

The LUSH Easter Gifts to Pick Up

I love the Wash Behind Your Ears Shower Gel, not only because it smells amazing (fresh jasine, gardenia and rose, yes please), but the orange is such a nice pop of colour in your bath am I right? This gel is super soft too.

Can we talk about how cute this Bunch of Carrots bubble bar set is?! I mean seriously, this couldn’t be a more fitting gift for Easter. And this bunch packs a punch with its staying power of 3-7 baths. So, this should definitely last you for a few sudsy soakers. They also have a featured ingredient of bucho oil which is quite fruity.

I love the New Shampoo Bar (the bright red one) because it really rejuvenates my hair, it makes it super shiny and soft and I love using it when I come back from traveling because likely my hair is damaged. Also, this bar smells delicious, hello cinnamon and peppermint.

This Chocolate Easter Egg Soap is amazing, I’m not one for eating that much chocolate, so I’ll definitely take a rare chocolate craving moment in the bath. The scent is a mixture of lemon, grapefruit and vanilla.

Who doesn’t love a face wash with a name like Flopsy? This product smells so yummy, it smells lemony and sweet. After using this product, my skin felt super soft. I guess this is because of the mineral-rich seaweed gel in it and moisturized because of the almond oil. Yum.

This Chick ‘N’ Mix bath bomb is actually three bath bombs in one, because if you open up the big chick, it reveals a baby chick, inside. Sooo cute. What hostess wouldn’t want to receive this?

Another adorable bath bomb, loving this Which Came First? Stripy product. This bath bomb lasted 3 baths which is great value for what you get. Not to mention, the bright bath bomb really livens up your beauty cabinet.

This Golden Egg bath bomb has to be one of my favourites, it’s not only one of the most sparkly things I own, but this bath bomb has a bit of a toffee-scent to it, which I always go for during Christmas and Easter. I love a good ol’ toffee candy, so to bathe in it, I’m definitely on board. After using this product in the bath, my skin felt super smooth. I reckon this was because of the olive oil in the bath bomb. Also, I was told I smelled like a candy shop, so that’s pretty cool too.

For some reason my lips are always chapped, so thank goodness for this amazing Chocolate scrub, this scrub has cocoa powder and jojoba oil in it so basically, your lips couldn’t feel any nicer. Putting a lip scrub on my lips at the end of my beauty routine at night is something I’ve recently gotten into. So, I’m extra happy that I can put chocolate on my lips at night (sans calories!).

I’ve used Whoosh shower jelly a lot in the past and love it so much, I love the sweet citrusy scent and always feel invigorated after using it. Last but not least, I’m loving the Sympathy for the Skin hand and body lotion because it smells like vanilla-banana (huge addiction right now, give me anything banana scent!) and because of the cocoa butter, almond oil and organic bananas in it your skin is so smooth and even moisturized. I hate when a lotion doesn’t moisturize your skin at the same time and this one definitely does.
