Even though it’s officially summer (read: the best time of the year), I still like to rock my go-to denim. The nights can get chilly and jeans are such a staple. So, I’ve put together a post on how I like to rock jeans in the summer.
First off, I always like to bring a light jacket with me wherever I go, even in the summer because you just never know when the temps are going to drop. These jeans are great because they are distressed, so the holes in the jeans make them a bit cooler.
These heels are from Sorel and I am loving how comfortable + chic they are. Because of the gripped bottom, I don’t have to worry about not being safe in these (ever since my mum broke her leg this year, I’ve been a lot more conscious when it comes to wearing heels).
A good cotton tee is great for summer because it’s a light fabric that you won’t get overly warm in, this Tommy Hilfiger style is a fave of mine right now.
Because every good jeans and tee moment needs some chic accessories, am I right? These loafers are not only comfortable but extremely affordable. In a few photos above I’m sporting my favourite Clearly glasses too which I always say elevates your look.

I really like these ankle length pants from EvelynAndArthur.com. They are a great wardrobe staple. They can be dressed up with heels and a nice blouse, or worn casually with a boat neck tee and flats. I am 5′ 7″ tall and they hit me right at the ankles like the picture provided. I can highly recommend these slacks to the fashionistas of the world as well as the minimalists out there in the Grey color I purchased.
