The trend I never thought I would get behind has my heart. I am loving mom jeans so much ATM and I finally found a pair I love. Mom jeans aren’t just for the moms out there (obviously, I’m nowhere near becoming a mom).
I just love the fit of the Mom Jean, it’s very flattering on every body shape. And I swear I can make so many different outfits with this one pair. The high waist style is great for accentuating curves, even if you don’t have any. Also, a huge plus, it actually gives you a bum if you also don’t have that (ahem, me).
This pair is from American Eagle and I love the distressed details on the knees, it’s just the right amount of rips. These are actually quite comfy too, I’m so excited to style them for fall and winter with some cropped knits.
I think everyone should get on board the Mom Jean trend, you will find it’s way easier to pair those crop tops that you have.

I have tried so many times to get myself into the mom jean trend, I just can’t do it. Maybe one day, there will be a sisterhood of the traveling pants moment and I’ll find the perfect pair that fits me, haha, until then, my proportions just don’t allow it to fit right. You are rocking this style, and I’m not gonna lie, a little jealous it can’t be me haha.
