How to Wear the Wide-Leg Denim Trend

I’m not typically one who goes for the wide-leg denim trend but I am loving changing things up. I recently discovered the most perfect pair of white wide-leg denim and I want to share my style tips with you.

It turns out when you style these pants a particular way, you can most definitely wear them. It’s all about the accessories and the top, too. Continue reading for my style tips on how to wear wide-leg pants, especially if you’re on the shorter side.

SHORTER LENGTH

Because I err on the shorter side of things, I like to wear jeans that show a bit of ankle, because it gives the illusion that you’re taller than you actually are. This pair is the perfect length, besides, it gives me the chance to show off my shoes.

HEELS

Again, to appear like you’re taller than you are, opt for heels to give your legs some length. I love this pink pair of mules, you really can’t go wrong with mules, especially in the spring.

NEUTRALS

I find that with trying a new trend that I’m not accustomed to, it’s easier to pull it off when paired with neutrals. It’s definitely a safer way to help you get out of your comfort zone. I’m really loving white on white lately, there’s just something so effortless about it, hey?
