There is nothing quite like a beautiful cutout top and this one especially has my heart. I love the delicate details on the sleeves, and of course, the floral print is so sweet. 
While taking photos, we found the biggest hydrangeas I’ve ever seen, so beautiful, I just love the colour of hydrangeas, definitely one of my favourite flowers.
What’s great about this top is you can wear it all year long as it looks like with a black blazer for the fall and some black dress pants. 
I think investing in a few cutout tops for the summer isn’t such a bad idea, especially since you can rework them for the cooler season.
