I’m always on the go and rarely have time to go home in between to get ready for the evening after a busy day at work. That’s why I’m all about products that are versatile enough for both. As I’ve been slowly putting my winter pieces away, I’ve also been revamping my beauty supplies. That’s when I came across the most gorgeous eyeshadow palettes from COVERGIRL that I had to spill the tea on.
COVERGIRL is one of my all-time favorite makeup brands. I’ve loved their mascara since high school and their palettes always grab my attention, especially the new COVERGIRL Premium Eye Shadow Palettes. I picked these beautiful palettes up from Walmart which was so convenient because I had to pick up some groceries anyway.
There are four new palettes in total: Overthrown, Reign, Revolution and my personal favorite, Ascension. In this post, I got to try out the COVERGIRL Ascension Eye Shadow Palette. I love how neutral the palette is, especially since I typically gravitate toward natural looks, but the shimmery champagne inspired tones in it are stunning and perfect for spring.
Ascension is a palette inspired by soft and romantic cool-toned neutrals. There are metallics, and pearlized pinks and champagne inspired by the rise of her majesty.
Day Look
To get ready for the day, I always go for a natural, subdued look. If you work in an office, this would be a great look.
