Self-Care at Home: The Face Masks You Need + Giveaway

Self-care is so important, but especially right now due to COVID-19. If you’re like me and have been self-isolating all week, then this post is (hopefully) for you. I’m kicking my self-care up a notch and sharing why face masks are my go-to. Continue reading for which face masks you need to use and why.

The face masks featured in today’s post are from a brand called B’leau. The brand is from Vancouver (love supporting local) and they’re organic, cruelty-free, 100% vegan and never tested on animals. All checks for me. What I love about their clay masks, in particular, is the main ingredient: Glacial Oceanic Clay is sourced from the West Coast glaciers. In fact, this key ingredient is a rare form of Canadian Glacial Oceanic Clay found only in British Columbia.

Not only is the packaging of this clay mask stunning, but I loved the clay mask itself. This mask helps to detoxify to give you a brighter complexion, rehydrates for smooth and supple skin and works to reduce sebum to naturally remove dead skin cells. Basically, this mask works as an exfoliant. It’s a triple threat because it detoxifies, brightens and exfoliates. Likewise, it works to minimize pores and gives you a glow.

Bl’eau Illuminating Seaweed Clay Mask

This clay mask helps to reveal smooth and radiant skin as it helps to brighten and rehydrate. In particular, the Vitamin C in it is what helps brighten the skin. Plus, it gives you that glowy dewy complexion we all want and love.
